The Obama Budget
The Obama Administration released it's proposed budget for 2010. It totals $3.4 Trillion, about 10% larger than 2009 ($3.1 Trillion), 17% larger than 2008 ($2.9 Trillion), and about 23% larger than 2007 ($2.77 Trillion). Some reports state the budget is $3.55 Trillion. While spending this money, the Administration boasts a savings of $17 billion by trimming or eliminating 121 programs.
